What do you use in the recipe?Originally posted by msd128 View PostIs MUP safe during induction?
Mitzi posted a variation of it several days ago. That had nuts, which are not permitted on Induction.
The "original" MUP recipe would be okay."Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

Re: Mup
Now I'm not sure if Mitzi's "original" recipe had nuts in it or not.
Anyway, no nuts in the first two weeks. You can just leave them out, I guess.

Re: Mup
I'm such a detective.
A search on the fourms for "MUP" didn't return anything. SO...
Clue 1. It's a recipe
Clue 2. It may or may not have nuts
Clue 3. Mizti posted a version within the last few days.
I did an advance search for posts by Mitzi, scrolled through the last few days, found one in the recipe section and voila! Mitzi's Ultimate Pumpkin.
Your nefarious scheme to keep me in the dark has failed, AND that does sound good, I'll have to try it too! =)Grant

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
