Well im on day 10 and have lost a total of 9lbs so far. I know I shoudlnt be weighing myself but I was liking to see my progress daily to make sure it was working. For the past two days I have been stuck on the same weight. I wanted to make sure that this is normal or could it be something that I ate that made me stall? The only real thing I added to my diet that is different is avocado for the past two days...
