In the UK is flaxseed named Linseed ? There is golden or brown I think. Which one should I buy ?

they are nutrtionally the same but have different tastes so try both and see which you like better. I use the golden if I'm making bread but the brown ones for muffins and and cereal cause I like the nutty flavor better.

Hey Im also from the Uk just letting you know if theres a local Morrisons near you then its available there aswell.

Hiya - I buy a nice fine milled one in tescos, and then the linseed (which is a bit like sesame and nutty tasting) in my local market, very cheap!
