First I must admit, that i went a little off track for the past few months hence my questions now...
I started Atkins last summer, and for 5 months i went from 115 kg to 95,
but unfortenatly somewhere at the middle of October i had to do Tonsilectomy and had to quit Atkins for some time, since the recovering period was painfull and the foods of atkins were mostly not allowed and uneatable...so after the surgery i couldnt eat for like 10 days and went to 91 kilos, but than i ...well i was stupid enough not to continue with Atkins and did a break for like 2 months...the consequences are very big...I went back to 100 kilos now =( and it doesnt feel that good ...
And i keep on starting induction, and breaking it by the night, with the excuse..i ll start tommorow..
i did today..had a little milk in my coffee..is that allowed??
I also had a cup of coca colla light??
the most important question is, should i do something before I start induction again??
