  • Waldenfarms Salad Dressing

    hi everyone...
I'm just wondering if anyone is using the Waldenfarms Salad Dressing....it says it has 0 of everything....like calories, carbs, fat, sugar, etc.

Is this too good to be true? Is it induction safe?
I have been using it and haven't been losing much so I am wondering if it contributes to it....

Is anyone using any of their salad dressings, they are so tasty and I'd hate to give it up...
    thanks!!

Yuck. I've heard nothing but negatives about Walden Farms - expensive and bad-tasting. There are a bunch of legal dressing recipes here - Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Misc. Recipes.

If the carbs are less than 0.5 g per serving, American labels will generally list 0 g.

So just because something says "Carbohydrate: 0 g", it does not mean the carbs are indeed zero.

Always read the ingredients. If the ingredients have carbs, the product has carbs.

Did you read the list of ingredients?

With or without that dressing... you will likely not lose as much as you expect or want.

Don't forget to take body measurements instead of relying only on the scale.
