    Help finding link?

    Hi All- last night I found this great recipe thread where a ton of people were posting tried and true induction friendly recipes... I can't find it now- it isn't the one that says "new recipes added."

    I god a great looking recipe for Tuscan soup from there.

    5% 165- 9 lbs MET 2/1/10
    10% 157- 17lbs
    15% 148- 26lbs
    20% 139- 35lbs

    Probably the 'never ending induction recipe' thread?
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
    Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
