  • One A Day mens health carb count?

I picked some up today, they are iron free but in the ingredients I see corn starch and much lower on the list is sucrose.

I checked online and nutritional facts I have found say zero carbs.

Does anyone happen to know what it really is? I'm assuming I should just count it was 1 and call it a day.

    I wouldn't worry about it.

Next time you buy vitamins you might want to get some without sugar though.

Corn starch appears in many multivitamins (in Germany, I never found one that doesn't have it as an ingredient), but it contributes with very few carbs.

My multivitamins have 0.007 g carbohydrate per tablet... and there's corn starch in them.

You should be taking a multivitamin without iron. Only take one with iron if your doctor recommended so.

        There's not a "best brand".

Senior and men multivitamins typically have no iron.

Take a look at the labels to check for ones with no iron. I get mine from superdrugs.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
