I was surprised to get on the scales before my workout at the gym this morning and see that I have dropped 5.5 pounds since Monday! I have been doing great with induction and drinking a LOT of water; nearly a gallon a day the last three days. You can see from my ticker that I have a lot to lose, so that may explain the good loss during induction. I was extra-motivated for my workout with my trainer today, and when I told him, he pushed me a little more than usual. I was hating it then, but I feel great right now.
I love seeing this kind of progress. This just reassures me that this WOL can be done, and it will work!
