I am on day 10. I have been feeling great, increased energy, feeling satisfied, and excited about healthy eating. I am, however, struggling with sleep patterns. I search around and didn't really find anything on this subject. Here is what is going on....
Days 1 & 2... I was waking at 4 am to use the bathroom. I could not fall back asleep. Fine, I got a lot done those days

Days 3 & 4... bit of a problem. 4 am is causing lack of sleep and it is worrying me. On day 4 I am also feeling less energy during day.
Days 5 & 6... decide to have a glass of wine (6 oz). I know it is a no no but feeling desperate. I woke at 4 am, but fell back asleep.

Day 7 ... no wine to help sleep. Woke at 4 tossed and turned, got up at 5.
Days 8 & 9 ... Had a drink both nights, just like days 5 & 6.
I have stalled and have been at 128 since weigh in on day 7. I am thinking it is because of the wine to aide me to stay sleeping but don't know what else I can do about it. My sleep patterns before were pretty regular & consistent. 10pm-7am.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
