hello todays the day i start induction. i just had my lunch and i have to say im still hungry lol. i have never been so excited to go on a diet. maybe its because i have never prepared for one like this. i did what the book said. i got my blood work done sat and went shopping after for food. pigged out on sunday sorry it was my farwell to all the bad food i eat 
anyway im officially on it. i am just confused on the whole portion thing. i am having trouble measuring or maybe im shocked at how much i should have been eating instead of what i was eating lol any tips would be apreciated
breakfast i had a 2 egg omlete with 1 slice of cheese in it.
snack i had a 1oz string cheese.
lunch i had salad. romain lettuce 1 cup 1/2 and 3 tbsp of ceaser dressing with label that says no carbs with 1oz cheese and chicken. the lettuce seams to be small though is that right or can i have more lettuce
for dinner i will be having a chicken breast with broccoli.
and of course lots of water..
