    Porkrinds for frying?

Hello Again All. I had heard a while back you could use porkrinds (plain that is) to fry with. You crush them up, with a food processor or blender and you "bread" your meat with those then fry them. Has anyone tried this yet? And how did it turn out??? Thanks All.

I use them on occasion that way. I use half pork rinds, half grated parmesan cheese. I dip whatever I'm going to fry in egg first, then press into the mixture. I quite like it.

I have done this for salmon croquettes. I liked them very much.
