  • Feeling Fantastic!!

    So today is day 8.
I'm down 7.8 lbs Previous to that I lost 6 lbs in the month of January from increasing my exercise and decreasing my chip addiction.. lol

I'm feeling REALLY good. i had little to no detox, have had zero problem saying no to treats coming through the office (and the silly husband constantly forgetting and offering me carbolicious goodies) and have been exercising 3-4 days a week!

it's so fun to say that I'm finally under 200. I've been over 200 for a year now and its a great feeling to say goodbye to that. The hubby gave me a big high five this am and told me it's noticeable (even if its not, it's nice to hear!!).

I know I will be successful this time. I'm honest with myself and with my partner about my issues and my actual weight. I'm not going to let this week of success get in the way of my final goal.

sorry for the livejournal type post. hehehe

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
