Hi All....
after being on atkins for 23 days, I lost 4lbs. I realized I was doing alot of things wrong:
1-Day 1 was my day 1 of TOM too
2-I was eating too much protein
3-not eating enough veggies
4-occasionally cheating
5-had some coffee or 1 caffeine pill for help during workouts
6-not drinking my 64oz of water
7-not exercising daily
8-eating the atkins bars
So there was my recipe for an unsuccessful 23 days.
I took about 4 days off and now I am debating whether I should start again and do this right! I have read the book and now understand it. I realized I feel much better on atkins, less bloated and my skin was better.
What do you think...should I wait until TOM is over (which is now) and start up again? Any advice would be great....thank you!!!
