  • Accidently went 9g over?

Hey guys, I just had lunch and all my friends were at McDonalds. I was reading the nutrition facts, and I thought I read that chicken snack wrap only had 10g of carbs, but it turns out that was the daily value percent, and in reality it was 29 gs. I'm on like my 12th day of induction, and if I don't eat nothing else today, will I still stay in Ketosis

I wouldn't sweat it. Nothing you can do about it anyways. Just keep moving forward with your program. This is a good lesson to you and all of us. It is hard to eat right at fast food joints. We all need to plan our meals better.

A wrap? Did you eat the wrap or just the insides?

You shouldn't not eat for the rest of the day.

Atkins Induction isn't simply about staying under 20g carbs. It's also about only eating foods on the Acceptable Food List for Induction. Print out a few copies and take them with you. Do you have Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, version 2002? That's the edition we go by here.

              Oh.

Was there a reason you didn't order something more Atkins friendly?

The same thread was posted in the Main Atkins Diet Forum. I merged that with this one.

                      I completely agree with this.
