Ok.. I started induction last Sunday 1/24. I started at 168, and am now stuck at 164. I LOVE the way I feel on this diet, but I'm getting discouraged because I'm stuck. Trust me, the temptations have almost gotten the best of me to where I just say, "If I'm not losing, them I'm quitting". (It may also be water retention at this point... if you understand?) I eat my turkey bacon in the morning, usually either a chicken breast and a bit of broccoli for lunch, I snack on string cheese (1-2 sticks a day), and then my dinner is usually a pretty sad salad... I love lettuce, so I don't add too much to it, or some nights I'll just do turkey, a hamburger (bigger sized), or a chicken breast. Why am I not losing? My 2 weeks is almost up and I've only seen the 5 pounds in the first week!! I'm seriously debating on trying something different...
