  • Suggestions for Pre or Post work out snack?

I'm planning to fit my exercise before my university lectures, which are always start at 9am, so I basically need an induction friendly food to eat before or after.

I guess my options are eat eggs at 7am before I go out but then I would have to exercise 30 mins later, I'm wondering if that would give me a stitch from not digesting them fully... The other options are a post workout snack or shake? It would have to be something quick and easy but induction friendly that would keep me relatively full until lunch time (1pm).

I would really appreciate some ideas, thanks in advance kind people

I usually have breakfast after I work out. So I don't bother with snacks.

Maybe some coffee with heavy cream before and a small snack of hard boiled egg and cheese after? That's what I would do...but then again my stomach doesn't get to upset whether or not I eat before a run.

Actually you need to clear your mind of the old way of getting energy cause on Atkins we are using body fats and proteins to generate our fuel so we don't run out in the morning like high carbers do. You can hydrate and then do your workout. afterwards you can eat breakfast. You can precook muffin pan omlettes. USe induction legal things such as some of your veggies, some cheese, maybe some ham bacon or sausage in each muffin tin and then break 2 eggs for each muffin stir them up and cover the veggie cheese meat items. then bake ofr about 20 min in your oven at 325 and you got breakfast on the go. You can even freeze them and then take a frozen one with you tot the gym do your workout and then warm it up and have some water as you hydrate post wotkout. There are many induction legal on the go foods you could fix and when you get to OWL you can add even more choices.

Thanks for the advice. I like the idea of the on-the-go breakfast, I think I'll try that out!
