    Induction over! 15 lbs lighter!

Hey y'all, today is day 15 for me on Atkins! I can't believe when the scale read 220 this morning, 15 lbs lighter than I was 2 weeks ago!

I am going right into OWL today. To say I am bored with my food options now would be an understatement.

In these past 2 weeks, the only time I cheated was maybe with a few extra portions of veggies, and I also had some deli ham and some breakfast sausage that contained a small amount of sugar. But, other than those 2 swines, I did it by the book.

I also have been walking 6 miles a day 5 days a week, and a hour hike on the weekends. So, every day I am either walking or hiking (my dog is getting a great workout as well).

So, for people just beginning on this journey, my advise is take each step one day at a time, and only weigh yourself 1 time a week.

Weigh to go, (not quite so) Heavy B!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
