Re: not loosing help me
Do you want to do Atkins? We have rules and we aim to be healthy. We eat plenty of veggies, drink plain water and exercise.
You are already fairly thin there and when we get lower we may not lose as much as a person who has a lot to lose. It is always a bit individualistic. There are persons who virtually lose nothing but gradually start to pick it up.
Good luck.

Re: not loosing help me
If you follow all of the rules of induction (all of them, including 3 cups of veggies/day) you should lose. Males generally lose faster/easier than females. A very overrweight person will generally lose much faster than a slightly overweight person - yes, some people lose 15 pounds on induction, but that person likely had 50+ pounds to lose!
Exercise isn't negotiable on Atkins (check the book). Can you walk? Swim? DO something...Julie__________________F/37/5'2"__________________Start April 15, 2009

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
