  • Induction for a week, cheated today. Help?

    So today i kinda cheated. Everything was fine but about 1.5 hours ago. We went to Yogurtland and I couldn't refuse. I got plain tart, added gummy worms, animal crackers, and cookie dough chunks.

    So now I'm most likely off of ketosis.

    Should I continue today eating strictly meat, or indulge and restart tomorrow?

    im 28 6ft 2"

    weight loss so far 79 lbs yeehaa

    im now in the 50 club

    current weight 173 lbs

        if you indulge today,you may make things worse i.e sugar cravings etc so if u can start now would be my advice

                Don't wait till tomorrow...re-start today. And why are you sticking strickly to meat? You're supposed to have your veggies too.

                  What did you wash it all down with???

                  NOW STOP any thoughts of finishing off the day with the attitude---- I screwed up, might as well enjoy it!!! ----- Get back on the wagon NOW, RIGHT NOW, or else I am comin' over there with a tube of frozen cookie dough and smacking you with it!!!

                        An analogy I read a couple of months ago, and really like.....

                        If you got a ticket for running a stop sign, would you just say to heck with it and run stops signs the rest of the day?
