So today i kinda cheated. Everything was fine but about 1.5 hours ago. We went to Yogurtland and I couldn't refuse. I got plain tart, added gummy worms, animal crackers, and cookie dough chunks.
So now I'm most likely off of ketosis.
Should I continue today eating strictly meat, or indulge and restart tomorrow?
