I am afraid my answer will be the usual one 'what are the ingredients in it?'
I suspect it has soy and wheat in it (the one I have in the cupboard has) so is not induction-legal.
The only soy product allowed on induction is tofu, which Dr Atkins knew as 'soy cheese' so is allowed as part of your 3-4 ounces of aged cheese on induction.

oh no i made a curry and ate it i used 2 tbsp of soya sauce.
i thought it must be ok as i saw a recipie on linda,s site and it contains soy sauce and has a star that indicates that it is induction freindly ?

i really do need to start to understand the labels better.
typical values per 100 ml 25.6g carbohydrate per serving 5ml 1.3g carbohydrate. i had 20ml so thought it was ok as this was for a curry that served 2?
do you think this could have taken me out of ketosis?
The only way to make sure any sauces or other packaged foods are 'legal' for your phase of Atkins is to look at the list of what is in it as well as check the carbs in it.
Stuff that is made from 'legal' ingredients like vegetables, cream, cheese or eggs will have 'some' carbs in it from the natural sugars in the ingredients, but as long as it has no 'illegal' ingredients like wheat, soy, nuts, starches or sugar under any of its aliases it would b fine for induction.
