sorry another ingredient question

im having roast lamb tonight and my husband has just purchased some dried mint from the dried herb department it is in a jar but it has no nutritional info or ingredients so is this exceptable on induction as it would be nice to make a mint sauce ?

ok its a dried herb so i think its ok (but still not sure)but i cant find it on the acceptable foods list help please.

all herbs and spices are acceptable for induction. you will need to measure the amount you use and coujnt it in your daily carb count. You can find it on fitday and on the USDA site in the spice section.
