people are using this site on induction.

in this section of recipies alone there are recipies that state they are induction freindly? but there are ingredients that arent on the acceptable foods list.

im now wondering are these recepies from a different version of atkins?

i find this very confusing ?

some people use the insignificant amount so I don't count it method to ignore things not legal or they used the 92 make your own 20 gram list per rule 5.

Since you know what is and isn't legal then you should be able to pick and chose from her site. Cleochatra has a 2002 legal recipe section on her blog with lots of induction frinedly recipes.

reason im asking is because the site says recipies with * are aceptable on induction ?

now i foolishly took an ingreidient from one of these recipies and have since found out its not acceptable on induction .... i feel a little foolish but also a little disgruntled as the recipies say induction freindly.

just wanted to know how many other people have made the same mistake? especially if they are new to this (im not so i should have known better)

but on the same note .... i do think the recepies are very good.

If you are referring to the recipe with the soy sauce you have to remember that different brands have different ingredients. One soy sauce may be legal and another not ok. So the asterisk may also be valid only when using legal ingredients. Remember to always check the labels when preparing any recipe.

since lisa1 has a topic about soy sauce and was told it was not induction legal I believe that is what she is referring to.
