To add variety, each day you can also eat 10 to 20 olives, half a small avocado, an ounce of sour cream or three ounces of unsweetened heavy cream, as well as two to three tablespoons of lemon juice or lime juice. But be aware that these foods occasionally slow down weight loss in some people, and may need to be avoided in the first two weeks. If you seem to be losing slowly, moderate your intake of these foods.
How did you like the "Taco Bake?"...I served it yesterday at out little gathering for the GAME.259/206/149

That's true about eating it soon after baking. It seems spicier the first day. To me, most foods taste better the next day, but this one seems to lose the "kick", but I still like it.
I also make this as one of my "meal in a hurry" choices. I usually divide into 8 portions, and individually freeze them. when I don't have time to cook, or I have a day that things went nuts and I need something quick, etc. I like knowing I have one of these in the freezer. Sure, it is a bit soft on the bottom, but not enough that it bothered me.
Are you sure you are draining the grease well enough from the beef? If you don't do a REALLY EXTRA GOOD job, the grease will seep into the crust for sure, and get quite soggy when you reheat.259/206/149
