yes' it's non hydrogenated margarine. The lid of the container says non-hydrrogenated 68% vegetable oil 0 trans fats. The list of ingrediants is:

soybean and/or canola oil, water, modified palm and palm kernel oil, salt, modified milk ingrediants, mono and diglycerides, soy lecithin, potassium sorbate, artificial flavour, citric acid, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3, beta carotene.

modified palm and palm kernel oil and the modified milk is how they are making it a solid.

that said modified milk isn't induction legal so your margarine won'r be legal neither.
