im pretty sure you can overdue anything but i was just wondering if say haveing some of those rolls maybe 3 times a week will be to much. my wife surprised me last night and made them for me. we had a cheese burger and i was in absolute heaven i couldnt believe how good they were. know my mind is thinking i can use the bread for breakfast sanwhiches tuna and so on. so i was wondering if adding this as a normal part of your diet good or are these just meant for a once in awhile thing oh..im still on induction day 9 and lovin it..

Re: can you overdue it with revolution rolls Mmmm!
Assuming she used the 'normal' recipe of 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons of cream cheese, a pinch of cream of tartar and made the 'batter' into 6 rolls then you could easily eat a couple of them a few times a week (or even every day) and stay within the 3-4 ounces a day of cheese.
Just account for the carbs in them (from the eggs and cheese) using Dr Atkins 'rule of thumb' to count every ounce of cheese as being one carb. 3 tablespoons of cream cheese = 1.5 ounces I think.
BTW if you are close to your maximum of cheese or don't want to use cheese for any other reason you can make them using mayonnaise instead of the cream cheese.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Re: can you overdue it with revolution rolls Mmmm!
it will be slightly less salty with mayo instead of cream cheese.
as long as you think of them as food and not a free just count the carbs item you could eat them dailyas long as you only feed your hunger and stop. that means if you only had 1/2 your burger instead of the whole thing and were no longer hungry then that would be it for that meal.
Has you wife been to cleochatra's website and seen all the ways she can use those oopsie rolls? if so you are in for some good Atkins induction legal eating.by the book atkinseer
