    Dotties burger scramble florintine (2)
    Salad (2 oz lettuce, 1 oz tomato, 2-3 slices cucumber, 1 tablespoon sugar free dressing) (4)


    2 burger patty with low carb ketchup Ingredients

    (2 tablespoons, 4)




    Im counting only 12, how can i get in 8 more carbs?
    I'll be 23 next month.
    I have a wonderful/supportive bf and a daughter who is a year and a half old.
    If I cant lose the weight for myself, I'll do it for her!

    Height: 5 foot 5inches

    Maybe you could have some veggies with your last meal other than just ketchup. I think the most important thing is to try for three cups and make veggies your main source of carb. You do not have to reach 20. You are doing well there I thought. Nice and clean eating - no sweeteners and no frankenfoods. Looks great. What do you drink?

      Add some peppers to the salad and a few more slices of cucumber.

      And as Liv said... your dinner is pretty much veggie-less.

      You are low on calcium. You could add a little more cheese there (other than what's found in Dottie's Burger Scramble Florentine).

      For Dottie's Burger Scramble Florentine you could follow Linda's suggestions and add some garlic and mushrooms.

      You could also have 1/2 an avocado... even add it to your salad.

      It's good that you asked for suggestions. Eating closer to 20 net carbs generally makes one's diet better from a nutritional standpoint.

        do you have any more veggies in your 3 cup limit for the day?

        you got spinach and onion in the florentine
        you got several in your salad and you got some in your ketchup

        if not then stop where you are

          Thanks .... Im drinking only water now, I vowed to give up Diet drinks for the Olympics . Hoping I can continue with it beyond that point

            I was thinking maybe adding a chunk of cheddar cheese between breakfast and lunch and another one between lunch and dinner OR diner and bedtime. An oz at both times.... That could work, right ....

              .... Ive got no other cups, I was just hoping that there would be other things i could throw in. I just want to do this right this time. All my other attempts ive always felt so hungry, not getting enough food in. And in return, Ive always jumped off board. I dont wanna set myself up for failure

                cheese is allowed up to 4 ounces total for the day so your cheese additions should be okay.

                If you are hungry eat a protein with some fat like your cheese or a piece of meat.

                on atkins we can eat any time we are hungry. after a few days of induction appetite should be supprerssed so listen to your body for things other then appetite as hunger signals so you don't blow it with a high carb binge.
