I am in the induction phase and really graving my cup of black tea in the morning. would it be ok if i had decaffeinated tea instead? with cream? The cream has 1.1 g of carbs.

Thank you, will give it a try. I am past Induction and have been trying to incorporate a little milk into my carb allowance.
I do decaf wherever possible for health reasons but was not clear on how it affected blood sugar.
