Guys help me I'm feeling guilty cause today there was a party and my friends pushed me to eat rice (about 4 spoons) and soup of meat and bean and today is my fourth day and right now I'm feeling sad because I ate this meal and I read in atkins book that if I fail in the first week I'm preparing my self for the big failure so what should I do? do I continue my diet normally or I stop and begin tomorrow from the beginning (from the first day)
