  • Have you noticed weight Re-distribution?

I do not have a bathroom scale YET so I look at my body in the mirror to gauge weightloss at the moment.

I have noticed my calfs are less fatty and I can zip my boots up eaiser.

I feel a bit more of my waist when I wake up in the morning but I HAVE noticed my stomach looks like it hasn't lost an inch!

I almost look like I've gained weight in that area! My stomach is just so fatty...

Why do some areas look like I've lost some and other parts look like the fat is going to my stomach?

We are terrible self critics. Very often we are too hard on ourselves. I suggest measuring. It is far more scientific. (I will probably never be happy with my tummy ) It may be a relative thing - your waist is smaller your stomach looks bigger

Anyways some cells may hang on to water for a bit on this diet and then let go of it (in a whoosh - I think sometimes that really happens and other have noted that the stomach area seems to be one affected by this phenomenon. So maybe that is going on.

I am at an age where weight redistribution is just part of the picture so I just have to deal with that too whine whine
