    Re: weight loss stopped

Congratulations on resisting that chocolate cake :hug
And your loss so far is amazing!!
It is said we tend to lose between 5% and 10% of our total weightloss in the first 14 days and you have lost over 25% :joy
    :joy Weigh to go :joy
BTW have you read this thread titled 'Weight loss is not linear' yet?
    http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ic.php?t=66105
Much food for thought in it.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

I am also like that - I fret :anger if I haven't lost what I thought I would lose. I never stay depressed for long though, because then I remember that even half a pound down is half a pound closer to your goal weight - and then I go on.
Someone once said to me that I must remember that it didn't take a month to become over weight and so it won't take a month to be back at goal weight.
It's a great long journey and adventure. Good Luck! :icondance

Did you check your measurement too? Either way if you're sticking to your Atkins, drinking water and exercising you'll be fine. You've had a great start! Patience always pays off in this woe!
