There's alot of discussuion about the ingredients in the bacon and how just regular bacon cured with sugar in the ingredients is not good for the Atkins program.
Well, my market thats right up the block and convenient for me does not carry bacon with no nitrates.
I did get a package of bacon tonight that had sugar in the ingredients because I really need to add Bacon as a snack and I had no other options.
(since I don't have a car and it's freezing out and walking to the bus stop just to get to another supermarket is a 20 minute walk in the freezing Jersey cold!)
My question is how many carbs do I add to the bacon then if this has sugar in the ingredients?
2 slices= 80 cals/fat=7g/carb=0/protien=4
