looking for a buddy to restart induction

hi everyone.
i lost 5 kgs with atkins in november but couldn't continue as though becoz of being sick and going on holiday. but i still managed to lose 2 kgs over the holiday season. currently i looking for a buddy to help me do it again starting afresh.i need help with menu planning and an occassional kick in the *** for doing exercise . plz let me know soon

1st goal-under 110 achvd (6/12/09)

2nd goal -under 105
3rd goal - under 100
