  • Help!

    Breakfast:
    2 fried eggs
    1 cup of broccoli which i had sautee with a little of soy sauce
    1/4 of tomatoes

    Lunch:
    1/4 of a chicken (Peruvian styled). Little meat in it, but still good
    1 cup of Romaine Lettuce
    3/4 cup of cucumbers

    So i have read the rules of induction and im supposed to have 3 cups of salad vegetables, or 2 cups of salad vegetables and 1 cup of the other allowed vegetables. I currently don't have the book but i will when i go out of town and get it.
    My question is how do i know how many carbs ive consumed??..i read both links provided

    but where do i get the carb count...?????? or where do i find how many there is in a cup or so....

    Go to FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal and plug in your menu, then when it's done, it will list your carbs, fat, protein, etc. Look where the graph is and check out the fiber, deduct that from the total carbs for your net.
