Good luck, and stick with it. The headaches will pass. Since your on day one you may feel worse before you feel better but, in a couple of days you will feel great.

If you need to, take something for the headaches, no need to feel miserable during induction. Should only feel bad for a few days then you will feel great.

        Good luck

What happened, Courtney? I though from your posts a few days ago you were doing OK on induction.
If you ate one or two things off-plan and are now back on the right track you do not have to start recounting your first 14 days, just carry on eating to induction food choices and carbs till your 14 days are up then make your decision either to move to OWL or extend your induction for a while longer.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
