new to your body exercise can also cause scale weightloss hesitation as your muscles learn the new load is their normal load and nothing dangerous is attacking you forcing you to load them like that. Once that happens the fluids stored will be released and poof scale weight loss will resume.

Re: End of Induction my Victory my defeat!!!!

I'm in my second week of induction and I'm still getting the hang of this. I don't know exactly how much I have lost because I still don't have a dang scale. What I can say is that I can SEE a difference in my legs, face, and frame.

I had to get a little creative with the meals as well.

I have been rotating these meals around.

        Tuna salad (w/onion and celery)
        Chicken salad (w/onion and celery)
        Egg salad
Salad with tuna (w/onion and celery)
Salad with Shredded sharp cheddar ( and sometimes 2 slices of bacon chopped up)
Salad with sliced chicken breast (sometimes with Parmesan Cheese)

I'm still trying to figure out more interesting Induction combos. I likes to eat But I do want to make sure that it's within the rules.

Hope this gives you some ideas.

Also, I pre-cook my meals sometimes so I don't have to do so much match. :P Good Luck!

Thanks I think I need to start doing that As wel. I hate it when I'm not prpared for a meal. That usually leads to a total melt down and u start eating things that u are not supposed to eat.

          first goal 299/ 2nd goal 285/ 3rd goal 265/ 4th not sure

No prob! Glad to help! I know just how you feel. I have a house full of people that are still enjoying all the carbs and sweets I can't have. So I have to make sure that I have my own separate food ready so that I don't get tempted. Hasn't felled me yet! Plus, I start to freak out when I don't know what to eat. lol

I haven't cheated yet, but more and more I find myself just staring at my 6 year old as he enjoys some cookies! Or forcing my eyes to the ground as my fiancee downs a handful of chips. lol We just have to be creative about how to get around those hurtles. Good Luck to ya!
