  • 9.5lbs lost on 14 days of induction

I have 25lbs to lose so I'm over the moon with 9.5lbs lost on induction.
I'm so ready to move on to OWL. I'm looking forward to the nut rung so I can use the almond flour and coconut flour recipes.

Thanx! I guess I should have said I have 25 more lbs to lose. I lost most of it doing WeightWatchers and exercising. But I need to clean up the eating. I was eating too much processed foods on WW and wasn't losing anymore without feeling hungry.

              Great work
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
