I was well into my 3rd week of induction when I found out I had to have an unexpected minor surgical procedure. I was down 15 lbs & feeling amazing. Working out no less than every other day & loving it. It's true when they say you feel better, more energy, sleeping better...all of its true. Then I had to rely on someone else to make me food & I honestly thought if I just ate a couple days off the plan it wouldn't hurt me too much. How wrong could I have been?!? Sure it was nice to have some of my favorite's but it didn't take but a day or so to start feeling how the food I was eating was affecting me. I went back to work today with the intent of going the rest of the week & restarting induction on Monday, a weekend to do what I wanted but I feel so bad that I have decided against it. I'm starting back tomorrow with the hopes that by Monday I will be through the worst of the "withdrawls" again. How many times did I read that this is a way of living? Now I truly believe it. Glad I learned this early on. Square one, here I come!
