    cream cheese

I read you can have cream cheese during induction. I measured 4 ounces and it seemed like a lot. I was just wondering if I had the wrong info.

    Thanks

    Re: cream cheese

Three to four ounces is the limit of cheese.

You don't have to eat that much.

      Re: cream cheese

That's all your cheese combined. So if you have say cheddar and cream cheese in the day the total of both need to be under 4oz. You'll have to experiment on wether going all the way to 4oz of total cheese stalls you or not. Some people can't eat the full 4oz.

Thanks....I will split the amount up during the day. I am not a fan of cheese but I do like cream cheese on veggies.
