  • dining out

So I'm on a four day business trip and would like some suggestions on what to eat while dining out. I know the basics but was wondering what about a Caesar salad with grilled chicken? (no croutons of course).

I looked it up somewhere and the carb counter said it was 17 net carbs. That seems like alot for lettuce, hard Parmesan cheese, grilled chicken and Caesar salad dressing.

    Any comments, ideas?

Maybe the carb count included the croutons. Hopefully the grilled shicken is not breaded or something. I like those Ceasear salads with grilled chicken.

Looking things up on line is great to plan a head. Also sometimes phoning to inquire about something works. And always ask the place to accomondate you. Most restaurants I have been to do that. Nice grilled steak or salmon or something with a side order of broccoli and salad can usually be had most places.
