Going to China in three weeks kind of worried about being able to stay on Atkins while there. Any suggestions appreciated.

Of course, you do the obvious---avoid the rice and noodles. And if you can, eat in a place that doesn't cater to Westerners. And make sure the vegetables you eat are cooked (to avoid traveler's diarrhea).
My suggestion to you is if you are on Induction, on Day 15 move to OWL phase so you can incorporate more veggies into your menu and give your Atkins more variety. And don't hesitate to move up the carb ladder either.
