  • First week loss 6.2lbs!

    Hi all just wanted to let you know I lost 6.2lbs and 3.25" off my waist (think most of that was just bloatedness! lol).
    I was hoping for a minimum of 7lbs but I am really pleased with that.
    Onto the second week!

    Start 15th Feb 2010 = 15st 2.2lbs (211.6lbs)
    5ft 8in tall & BMI = 32.1
    Target = 10st 7lbs (147lbs) & BMI = 22.1
    Second time at Atkins !

    First Goal 196lbs -
    Second Goal 182lbs -
    Third Goal 168lbs -
    Fourth Goal 154lbs -
    Fifth Goal Target Weight 147lbs -

          Thanks so much all, looking forward to reaching my first goal of 5 that I have set myself. I tend to feel a difference and I think people notice more once you have lost the first 14lbs.

              My daughter has just asked me if I would like to go out for a meal for my birthday on Sunday and I said it may be too tempting and I will be at the end of week two then and due for weigh in the next day, so I said she could come to my house and cook me a atkins dinner here, she said yes! So no tempatation for me.

                What a great start!!

                And how nice that your daughter will be helping you to celebrate your birthday with an Atkins meal too

                  Well she and her sisters will still be having the carbs, but I don't mind that. At least I won't have to look at a delicious menu full off carbs.
