  • Whoooppeee!! 12 inches lost!

Guys and girls, I just had to share. Have been on induction for 13 days and lost 9 pounds as of yesterday morning. I have felt my clothes were getting a bit looser so decided to check my measurements this morning for the first time since starting.

Unbelieveably I have lost 12 inches...........3 off waist and 3 off hips
1.5 off each thigh, 1 off each upper arm and 1 off bust.

    Crazy and thrilling

Never thought I could do it and have found it easy, I have bags more energy and surprisingly my digestive system seems to like this WOE if you know what I mean ............I also appear to be losing a chin as well!

Will stick with induction for another week and see how I go and how I feel about moving to OWL.

    Keep drinking that water!!

After you create a ticker, you are given two codes (HTML and BB) and a PNG image. Now you have the HTML code in your signature. What you need instead is the BB code.

                  Good for you!

Dr. Atkins wrote that the loss of inches was a better indicator of the loss of fat than what the scale says. He said it was because the loss of inches represents the fat emptying from our cells.

So keep shrinking, you baggy-clothes-wearing person! And save up some money---'cause at this rate, your clothes will be too big for you.

                    Great shrinking going on!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

                      Thanks ladies!!!

Going charity shop hunting (at Elizellen's suggestion)this afternoon to get a few things in the next size down......you are so right 2big - my bank account wont stand too much 'action' at this rate. LOL. Just need to get into an exercise programme now. Will unearth my (unused) pilates and keep fit DVD's from the garage, always bought the latest ones, watched them and then never did anything with them-I thought that buying them and then watching them once would do the job instead of cracking down and actually DOING it.
