Hi, this is my 1st post as i am new to this, i am 5ft 3 and am weighing in at 10 stone 11, how many grams of protein can i eat per day?
A typical days menu is
breakfast 2 fried eggs and 3 ozs chopped fried bacon
lunch 8oz minced,turkey,beef or lamb, 40z cauliflower and brocolli and 1 tablespoon of Hellmans mayo ( I am a hellmans freak, eat it with anything
)
dinner 8 oz chicken breast, 50grms lettuce,1 stick of celery,1/2 oz yellow peppers 1 tablespoon of Hellmans
I have changed to decaff coffee and drink 6 mugs a day,black, and drink 2-3 litres of sparkling water
Any avice would be gratefully received
