Yes, sometimes you do have to eat even if you're not hungry ... as was noted in earlier posts.

More fat will certainly up your calories.
However, you don't have enough net carbs either.
There's a learning curve to doing Atkins ... and you're just at the beginning of the curve ... if you plan your food out, and keep accurate track, you'll do fine.

It's the fat to carb ratio that gets you into ketosis and it's the fat that provides calories. Fat has alittle over twice the amount of calories per gram than either carbs or protein. So, you don't need to eat a stick of butter or drink glasses of olive oil
