I am on my 6th day of induction. I lost 2lbs the first day, but have not weighed in since. My legs ache like the dickens though.
I had some Hormel Pepperoni and 1oz cheese of breafast. This sort of breakfast is in line of how I would normally eat. I can't do the fried eggs every morning.
I know processed meat can be a no-no on inductions but the package did not list any sugars or nitrates. No carbs are listed, but have 13g fat per serving.
Please advise. I am just trying to shake it up a little bit, since I am planning to do an extended-Induction Phase.
