Re: Salad Dressing?
I use newmans oil and vinegar, no sugar in it. Also I use hidden valley bacon ranch. It does have sugar added but it's way down the list doesnt' seem to affect my weight using it as a dip. I dont' eat it daily though.

Hi Jules!
lt looks like you are doing well on getting to your goal.
Just a suggestion-this question comes up about once a month. If you go to the Seach drop down-down box above, and enter a few keywords under posts or threads, you will get many many more posts and comments from the past months that may help you a lot.

Re: Salad Dressing?
Yes - all vinegars except balsamic vinegar (which usually has sugar in it) are allowed.Last edited by Elizellen; May 4, 2010, 01:00 PM.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Re: Salad Dressing?
I like oil and vinegar mix - red wine vinegar makes a good dressing. You can add flavours to it and it is very easy to mix. For a creamy dressing I like ranch.
Many store bought dressings have lots of sugars in them. They often do ingredient splitting so it may have both syrup and sugar.
