Hello everyone, i know that low carb works for me however; why do I seem to wreck the induction phase by going over my carbs. I have been battling the same 7 pds for 2 weeks. I think I need a recap on how everyone does induction. I have done LC before and have all these great LC recipes however; not for Induction. Please someone just help. I really need to lose 70 pds. Thanks.
