I am debating on that, not wanting to disrupt good weight loss, but not wanting to hurt myself either.

Good weight loss happens in OWL, too.

That's why it's called "Ongoing Weight Loss".

I've seen more people "hurt themselves" by staying in Induction too long that by moving on ... as the plan intends.

              Well done!!

Looking at the chart in DANDR your metabolic resistance to weightloss (losing 12 pounds out of over 50 pounds to lose in the 14 days) is Low so you will probably not need to stay on induction any further unless you particularly want to.

As Atkinsgal said, the second phase of Atkins is called Ongoing Weight Loss for a reason

As you have a low resistance to weightloss there is really no reason to restrict your food choices and carb levels to induction level when you are just as likely to be able to carry on happily losing weight and inches while expanding your food choices and eating more carbs?

According to the chart in DANDR with haveing shown a low resistance to weightloss in your first 14 days your likely CCLL will be between 40 and 60 net carbs, and even higher if you are a 'regular exerciser'
*In this context, a regular exerciser is someone who does vigorous exercise five days a week for at least forty five minutes
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
