  • Day 5 and I'm feeling great!

Today is my 5th day on Induction and I have so much more energy today! On Mondays, I have class from 9-12 and I usually come home and sleep from 12-3 when I pick up my son from school. But, today I don't feel tired at all and am getting some much needed housework done

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
