Alright everyone Im back.. And very frustrated with myself!! After blowing my induction 8days in, I was determined to get back on the wagon. I posted at the end of feb. about it, but I ended up with a random and very painful toothache in my very front upper tooth! ouch let me tell you Ive never had a toothache and cant believe the pain! I went to the dentist who cant see a problem but thinks it may be infected or have a small exposed nerve, so for the past two weeks ive been barely able to eat much that isnt mushy, he had me eating soft like mashed potatoes and soups. The antibiotic are working alittle, as are the pain meds, so I want to get back on Atkins. I really have to say, I feel like crap with all these processed carbs and stuff running through my system. Atkins really DID make me feel better, and I was starting to lose weight. I want to mainly lose fat, and inches, and I know Atkins will help me do that..
So, while I am fighting this whole problem tooth, does anyone have any suggestions for some good, softer and easy-to-eat Induction friendly recipes?? I dont just want to stick to eggs and stuff because cruncy veggies and harder-to-chew meats are tough right now....Thank you for the advice and I will again be logging on daily for advice and support...you guys are the best!!
